There are several unusual terms/words used in the resource booklet for your current assessment. I have listed some important terms and their definitions below.

We have looked at the way attractions can be classified and described, and identified and mapped the major attractions in Rotorua.
Your task is to bring this information together to answer a L3 NCEA style question.
Anaylse the character and distribution of Rotorua’s tourist attractions.
To do this well you will need to:
1. explain the how Rotorua’s attractions can be divided into different categories
2. describe and explain the distribution (location) of attractions. ie are there any patterns, groupings or dispersal of different attractions.
Make sure you bring together the notes you took from the text about attractions, the named categories and examples from task 2, and the map from task 3.
